ya know...this feels really creepy to me. the out-of-focus men in the background in black suits, the expression on the kids face, his pose holding the butterfly...
butterflies can symbolize death and this picture looks like the child is sending off the winged insect to harvist another soul for his insatiable hunger. no one would ever suspect ultimate evil hiding behind the younge and carefree eyes of a child would they?

I used to be in groups, but they all went and died on me. Ah wells, such is life, although this one died and came back (badum-ching). ~Brain-Damaged
That's a totally awesome picture. It took me a sec to realize that I think it's in the Meijer Gardens! Looks like it should be a print or something. It's just so...haunting. I love it!
Thanks...it was just one of those oppertune moments, ya know? I really don't think it would have turned out the same if it'd been a digital image...there's just something about manual photography that looks better. But yeah, don't mind my rambling...thanks again for the comment!

I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
